GENERAL INFORMATION

The University of Economics and Culture (EKA University) is a Latvian university accredited by the

Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia and offers undergraduate and graduate programs in English

and Latvian. For Ukrainian students, studying at EKA is an opportunity to get higher education in Europe

in English.

EKA provides high-quality education in accordance with the latest requirements – real and virtual lecture

halls, a modern library that provides access not only to traditional paper publications, but also to audio

and video materials, Internet resources and electronic databases. The English-language program

"Business Management" hosts full online lectures, which are read by more than 70 teachers from other

countries.

The university has a student business project that provides participants with opportunities for

developing their own business, including: assistance from experienced professionals in developing a

business plan; lectures and creative workshops; providing contacts useful for business development and

important tips; equipped room and place for work, meetings with potential partners and customers; the

opportunity to present your idea to representatives of your business sphere and much more.

• EKA takes part in the ERASMUS student exchange program. Studying here, students can travel through
